This is the first game dev I've done in a while (okay, so, like, 3-4 days, but that's a while after grinding at it every single day for over a month). Feels good to clear out some of these bugs and make improvements. :) Here's what changed:
- Added windows in the mausoleum and made it use the daytime palette so as not to confuse the poor players.
- Fixed a bug where dying in most locations during the day would reset you inside the mausoleum wall.
- Fixed an issue where you couldn't jump down certain ledges in the lv2 ring room.
- Fixed an issue where the east/west facing player sprites while creating the ring had the incorrect shade of white for her skin color, meaning in certain situations at night, the shader wouldn't pick it up and she would flash bright white.
- Fixed the back input on menu (actually that's a lie, it just magically started working again)
- Fixed an issue where the moving gravestone would play the moving sound forever if you stood in its path, even if you left
- Fixed an issue with the gravekeeper placement after the final puzzle
- Added some tiles to the overworld to indicate you can go in all four directions
