Version 1.0.21 released

Quick update--if you had any issue starting a new game with versions 1.0.16-1.0.19, it should be fixed in this new patch, v1.0.21.

There seems to have been some kind of issue with the YYC build that I missed before. I have reverted back to a standard VM build while I can repair the YYC build. I also removed the borderless toggler extension as well as it messed up asynchronous events and therefore gamepad input would no longer work. I will attempt to find another solution for this, but in the meantime, the window is just always borderless, even when small.
